Meanwhile, Bobby Brown added,

“I look forward to having the Court hear the evidence in the civil lawsuit and hopefully the criminal action very soon.”

“The Fulton County Medical Examiner has classified the cause and manner of Bobbi Kristina’s death”, the statement on their website reads.

The cause of death of Bobbi Kristina, the only daughter of famous singer Whitney Houston, has been established, but officials have declined to release the report. Nick filed a lawsuit asking for a Motion to Dismiss in what his lawyers called a “slanderous and meritless” case against Nick. Medical personnel failed to revive her so they put her in a medically induced coma to keep her alive. Brown, who had been unresponsive since the January incident, was taken to a hospice center in late June where she eventually passed. She was 22. The lawsuit claimed that Nick “assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and transferring money from her account into his own without authorization”, according to NBC News.

Brown’s estate has filed a $10 million wrongful death lawsuit against Gordon, alleging he beat her after an all-night “cocaine and drinking binge”, before giving her a “toxic cocktail” that knocked her out, according to the suit.

Bobbi Kristina Brown began performing with her mother in 1999, singing duets of My Love is Your Love and recording Little Drummer Boy for a holiday album in 2003. Even a high-powered legal team, including attorney Jose Baez as the defender of Casey Anthony was part of the team.
