Shortly thereafter, Gordon called Bobbi into the master bedroom. They got into a “loud argument” for about 30 minutes while he screamed at her, calling her a “whore” and “b-ch” until “everything abruptly became quiet”. (Gordon) then came out of the master bedroom wearing a different set of clothing than he was in prior to his argument with Bobbi Kristina.

Fifteen minutes later, a houseguest checked on Brown, only to find her face down and unresponsive in the bathtub. A dust pan was at the bottom of the tub, the lawsuit states. According to the lawsuit, she was unconscious, her mouth was swollen, and she had teeth hanging loosely from her mouth reportedly from Gordon’s punches.

Some time later, someone in the town home went to check on Bobbi Kristina and found her face down in the tub.

Gordon allegedly rushed into the bathroom and began efforts to bring his girlfriend back to life. She was the only child of Houston and R&B singer Bobby Brown.

Gordon, who has denied any wrongdoing, lately employed lawyer Baez, who efficiently represented Casey Anthony in a trial that discovered her not responsible of murdering her 2-year-old daughter. “The passing of Bobbi Kristina is devastating to Nick and our family“, Michelle Gordon told Us.

The paperwork says that on Jan, 31, he came home at 6 a.m. from “an all-night cocaine and alcohol binge” and started accusing Brown of cheating on him, according to NBC News. The loose tooth was the result of Gordon allegedly punching Brown days before January 31.

The amended lawsuit purports to provide disturbing new details about Brown’s last hours.

The death of Whitney was especially hard on Bobbi Kristina, who then began her own downward spiral of grief – the mother and daughter were known to be very close, while Bobby was painted in the tabloids as an absentee father. The preliminary go well with, filed the day after Brown was put in hospice care with what grandmother Cissy Houston stated was “international, irreversible mind injury”, was looking for a minimum of $10 million in damages on every rely.

WXIA-TV legal analyst Philip Holloway said the amended lawsuit was expected. That lawsuit has since been amended to reflect Brown’s death stemming from the incident.

Gordon hasn’t been charged criminally. Brown was revived at the North Fulton Hospital and was later placed in a medically induced coma. It’s also possible that the unnamed people mentioned as being present during the alleged incidents shared some information.

Mr Gordon’s lawyers said the lawsuit was false and slanderous.
