Body found in freezer believed to be missing 11-year-old Florida girl

Police believe they have found the body of a missing 11-year-old central Florida girl in a freezer.

The girl’s mother, Keishanna Thomas, is being held in jail after refusing to tell authorities where her daughter is located.

16, the Bradenton Police Department was contacted by the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office to assist in the search of Janiya Thomas, 11. Police said she was taken into custody for contempt of court. “Some of the kids had different fathers, so we’re trying to speak to them”. Authorities say they believe the body belongs to the girl, who has not been seen in months.

According to the missing person’s report, Francisco was last seen wearing prescription glasses, a gray long sleeve button up shirt, khaki trousers, and black leather shoes.

They’re looking for Janiya Thomas.
