The man called police at about 2 p.m.

According to a news release from Deputy Fire Chief Glen MacDonald, the body was floating in Salmon Brook when fire crews and the dive team pulled it to the water’s edge.

Police are investigating to determine how the man ended up in the water.

“The person who found the victim today was playing this Pokemon game, which led him to kind of an obscure spot in downtown Nashua”, Giggi said. Not even a week ago, a 19-year-old girl found a dead body near her home while looking for Pokemon.

The Pokemons are all over Riverton. I was walking towards the bridge along the shore when I saw something in the water. I had to take a second look and I realised it was a body’.

She added: ‘It was pretty shocking. They called 911, paramedics got there, revived the guy and he survived. And Wednesday brought us the first major vehicle crash while playing “Pokemon GO”.

Police want people to be aware of their surroundings. That area has a “Pokestop” where players congregate.
