Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan has expressed his frustration at being “detained” by USA authorities at Los Angeles International Airport.

According to Kamal Haasan, US authorities are following the rules and they are not there to give any special treatment to any one, even if it is Shah Rukh Khan.
“The brighter side is while waiting caught some really nice Pokémon”, he said in another tweet.
Even in 2009, Khan was detained by USA immigration officials at Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey after his name came up on a computer alert list. In 2012, he was grilled at the NY airport for 2-3 hours.
It’s not clear why Khan, who is Muslim, was detained or for how long.
US Ambassador to India Richard Verma has apologised to Shah Rukh Khan for his detention at Los Angeles airport and said the US was working to ensure that it does not happen again.
The “My Name is Khan” actor is also teaming up with Anushka Sharma for Imtiaz Ali’s untitled project.
He wrote: “Sorry for the trouble at LAX @iamsrk”.
Replying to Verma’s tweet, Khan posted, “No trouble sir, respect the protocol & not expecting 2 b above it”.
We just hope SRK doesn’t have to go through this again.
Khan has been detained by USA officials in past as well. “Your work inspires millions, including in the US”, Verma tweeted. “The immigration guys kicked the star out of stardom”, he said to loud applause from the audience.
While talking about the detention this not the first time that King khan is been detained at an airport.This is third time in seven years that Shahrukh khan is been detained.A way back in 2012 Shahrukh khan was detained by United States immigration officials for two hours when he have to visit Yale University with Nita Ambani wife of Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani.

He later joked while speaking to students: “Whenever I start feeling arrogant about myself, I always take a trip to America”. Appreciate ur graciousness, its just inconvenient.
