Boris Johnson’s plane in unscheduled landing outside London

The Tory MP was onboard an RAF passenger jet when it experienced a technical fault and had to land at Luton Airport, according to the Guardian.

“After a short delay, the foreign secretary continued on his way to Brussels by alternative means”, he added. Eyewitnesses at the airport reported seeing numerous emergency services vehicles in the area around the time of the incident.
