Friends say Strebel was last seen on Tuesday in the 1700 block of Orange Grove Avenue, near West Hollywood, according to Officer Mike Lopez of the Los Angeles Police Department.

He claims to have spent more than $100,000 on plastic surgery to look like pop star Justin Bieber. He could moreover be driving a grey 2009 Toyota Camry. “No note or anything”, friend Mel Espinoza told reporters.
