Boulder weather: Highs in the 90s over the weekend

By early next week, highs rise back into the lower 90s. The area will see a mix of sun and clouds late morning into the afternoon. High temperatures will warm into the 90’s today and upper 90’s by Sunday and then remain hot through next week.

Friday: Sunny. Highs in the upper 80s to lower 90s. Look for a slight chance for a few showers today. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 70.

Saturday will bring mostly cloudy skies, a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 1 p.m. and a high near 84.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny, high near 87.

By Sunday night, temperatures should dip to a low around 79. Mostly sunny, with a high near 88.
