A United Airlines flight made an emergency landing in Indianapolis Sunday after it experienced issues with its pressurization system.
ExpressJet spokesman Jarek Beem said the crew brought the aircraft down to a lower altitude because of a pressurization issue.
According to Jeff Dutton, Communications Manager at Indianapolis Airport Authority, passengers were checked out once the flight landed but no one was taken to a hospital.
Flight 5919 departed from Charlotte, N.C., about 6:51 a.m. Sunday morning and was due to land at O’Hare worldwide Airport at 7:55 a.m. Mr Beem said ExpressJet officials were trying to determine whether the plane could be fixed so the flight could continue to Chicago.
