A PFT reader who witnessed the incident says that staff at CenturyLink claimed that the boy fell only 10 feet but that it was “at least 25 feet”.
“They all screamed. His leg was right through the arm thing on the chair”.
Winesbury said a panic-like situation ensued, and people were screaming and jumping up. “It was bad”.
