When Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood take the stage for the eighth time to host the County Music Association Awards, the pair won’t have to dig too deep to come up with timely jokes to keep the country community entertained. “Last yr was like Ebola and ISIS – it was like there was simply not amusing issues”.

“This year, there’s a lot you can laugh at”.

The Ashley Madison hack revealed millions of users identities from the site whose slogan is “Life is short”.

Following Brad and Carrie’s monologue, the must-not-miss open continues with the debut efficiency…

Of course, it being Carrie and Brad, they managed to sneak a few jokes before, during and after the tune.

Rolling Stone Country described the event as “joyously unscripted” as the musicians causally played through hits old and new.

Underwood said she was just glad to be a part of the festivities. “All I ever wanted to do was sing, so I’m blessed in a ridiculous amount of ways, and I’m still honored that my name pops up here and there on award shows and things like that”, she said.
