Sources say the incident was anonymously reported to child protection authorities by either someone on board the plane or a member of the tarmac ground crew.
DCFS spokesman Armand Montiel told CBS2, “State law does not allow for us to confirm or deny the subjects are under investigation”.
It did not offer any details of the allegations but said the location was within USA aircraft jurisdiction, “specifically, an aircraft carrying Mr. Brad Pitt and his children”.
