“LAPD is not handling any report or allegations into child abuse against Brad Pitt”, according to a statement read by spokeswoman Officer Jenny Houser.

A source told Mirror Celebs that the FBI is investigating the claims as a jurisdictional issue due to the alleged incident taking place in the air.
Jolie, 41, and the couple’s other five children were allegedly also present for the incident, which is also being investigated by the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services.
The FBI in the United States said it is “continuing to gather facts” about allegations against Brad Pitt regarding his children while aboard a private jet. “We have confirmed with the detectives, and according to our detectives there are no active investigations regarding Brad Pitt”.
Sources claim Pitt, Jolie and their children were on board a flight last Wednesday when Pitt “got wasted”, “went wild”, and started screaming and “getting physical” with the children, TMZ reports.
A spokesperson for LAPD’s juvenile division says police are not investigating any type of report involving Pitt or his kids.
Jolie reportedly filed for divorce on Monday (September 19), listing their separation as September 15. The Associated Press reported Jolie’s attorney, Robert Offer, said Jolie filed for dissolution of the marriage, with a decision made “for the health of the family”.
Still, Brad has now been accused of child abuse, which the source says is a “combination of exaggeration and lies”, adding that a fight simply “got out of hand and reached a regrettable peak”.
“He takes this very seriously and is fully cooperating”, a source close to Pitt, who was not authorized to speak publicly, told USA TODAY.
Jolie is now seeking sole custody of their six children.
In a statement, Pitt noted, ” I am very saddened by [the divorce], but what matters most now is the well-being of our kids.
