“Brad still hasn’t seen the kids”, a source close to the family tells PEOPLE.

The source calimed that Pitt has not badmouthed wife Angelina Jolie at all since she told him she was filing for divorce.

“Her friends are now speculating about what could happen between them if she and Brad are not reconciled and their divorce goes through”.

A number of law enforcement sources have told the website it’s nearly certain no charges will be brought against Pitt, as there is no way to prove conclusively that he deliberately hurt son Maddox. “He was willing to do anything, change any habit, change any lifestyle, to do what had to be done to make this work”. Angelina Jolie, 41, has allegedly blocked Brad’s phone number – make that phone numbers – and that means he reportedly can’t call or even text her!

Sources familiar with the allegations, but not authorized to speak publicly, say the child welfare investigation centers on Pitt’s conduct toward his son Maddox, 15, during an argument on the September 14 flight.

A source with knowledge of the situation tells PEOPLE that Pitt “put his hands on” Maddox, 15, during an argument but “did not hit his child” and “no one was physically harmed”.

A relative of Angelina’s told People she has been “in agony” following her decision to file for divorce, and to seek full physical custody of the couple’s six children. Jolie cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for ending their marriage of two years.
