Tom Brady completed 20-of-27 passes for 275 yards and two touchdowns in New England’s 30-6, Week 5 win over the Cowboys, adding a rushing touchdown.

Arlington police spokesman Christopher Cook said officers were alerted to a fight in a parking lot of the National Football League stadium. But I think it was just God testing me, seeing how bad I really wanted it.

The Patriots (4-0) weren’t the same offensive juggernaut as their first three games, but New England did more than enough coming off a bye week to wear down the undermanned Cowboys.

Quarterback Brandon Weeden hasn’t been able to consistently connect with outside receiver Terrance Williams since replacing Tony Romo as the starter.

Dallas has at least four more games without Romo (broken left collarbone), and this was the biggest struggle so far for backup Brandon Weeden.

The first two sacks came from linebacker Rolando McClain and defensive end Greg Hardy, both making their season debuts after four-game suspensions. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones knows that Cassel has only been with the team for a few weeks now, and he said they’re still “a long way” from deciding if the quarterback change will be made or not. The Dallas running game also was mostly ineffective until it was too late. “I’ve said that all week”. “I don’t think we practiced much of what they were doing”. It wasn’t easy early. Dallas inactives: WR Dez Bryant, DE Randy Gregory, WR Brice Butler, QB Kellen Moore, OL La’el Collins, DE Ryan Russell and TE James Hanna.

Hardy, who had a second sack that forced a fumble recovered for a short gain by the Patriots, made headlines during the week for commenting on Brady’s supermodel wife, Gisele Bundchen, after being suspended because the National Football League believed he roughed up his former girlfriend previous year.

The 38-year-old Brady is off to one of his best starts in his 16th season, the only quarterback besides Peyton Manning to have at least 1,110 yards passing and nine touchdowns without an interception in his first three games. “They’ve got good team speed”. Dion Lewis had a 10-yard scoring catch to finish that drive.

After Brady’s sneak for New England’s first touchdown in the second quarter, there were chants of “Bra-dy” from a large contingent of New England fans watching his first visit to the Cowboys’ $1.2 billion stadium that opened in 2009. Edelman had the most receiving yards with 120.

Safety JJ Wilcox was the last line of defense at the two-yard line, but Lewis tucked his shoulder and plowed through Wilcox’s shoulder tackle to give the Patriots a 20-3 lead.
