Brady says undefeated season ‘furthest thing from anybody’s mind’
It sounds like a cliche but it’s not because it’s what our team is about.

Instead, Brady said that the “one game at a time” cliché that so many teams preach is one that he fully subscribes to and that his focus is squarely on Week 9 and no further.
And as you may remember, that game wasn’t exactly built up to be a nail-biter. “Then you get one chance to go out there and do it on Sunday”.
Again, this is not to say the Patriots will lose. Randy Moss and Wes Welker caught a lot of Pats passes then, but the continuity is supplied by the guy throwing those passes and the guy in the sweatshirt on the sideline, Tom Brady and Bill Belichick.
In 2013 the Patriots’ trap game was against the Cleveland Browns in Foxboro, the game where Rob Gronkowski tore his ACL. Do you thing the Patriots can run the table in 2015? That meaningless 2014 season finale where most starters did not play as the Patriots had wrapped up the top seed in the AFC. Ultimately, the Patriots won a game they should have won. “When you reflect back, you think, ‘Wow that was a great year.’ But when you’re in the middle of it, you can’t do anything about a game in December”.
The first time (Week 6), Marcus Cannon moved straight in at left tackle, and everyone else stayed where they were.
Just not well enough to Brady’s liking.

Before you sharpen those pitchforks and light those torches, just understand that I am not predicting anything. The coach and quarterback led the Patriots to the league’s only 16-0 regular season in 2007, though they also shared the crushing disappointment of losing Super Bowl XLII to the Giants, preventing them from a 19-0 season.
