India is reportedly preparing to install Israeli radar technology in the jungles of the volatile Kashmir Valley region as part of operations to prevent terrorists from infiltrating from Pakistan.

“Brutal state repression will only further alienate the Kashmiris, and cause disenchanted youth to pick up the gun”, it said adding, “grandstanding and indulging in cross-border verbal duels” will only make matters worse.

On Wednesday during a press conference here, Jaishankar had stated that Pakistan uses terrorism as a tool for diplomacy.
