She said they would immediately quarantine any passenger infected with Zika.

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services has reportedly tested over 2,470 mosquito samples for the virus since May.
After returning to her home near Kuala Lumpur, the woman fell ill and was diagnosed with “suspected” Zika, based on a urine test.
As of Thursday, 115 have been infected by the Zika virus in Singapore, rising from Monday’s figure of 41.

Sering Ukay Residents Association chairman Datuk Mohammed Arshad Raji said the authorities should start an awareness campaign on Zika for the benefit of the public.

“Sexually active women are supposed to use barrier protection while making love for eight weeks from the onset of their symptoms”, he said.
