In documents filed on Tuesday, obtained by United States website TMZ, the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum asks for spousal support and joint custody of their sons, Noah Shannon, 3, and Bodhi Ransom, 18 months. On August 21 Fox, 29, filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences and listing their separation date as June 15.

Fox, who was unharmed in the crash, is still making money while working on films like “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Half Shell”. In 2006, they were engaged, then split in 2009. Megan had been laying low on the social media for quite a few time, but has returned to be active for her fans and followers. They were married for 5 years and have 2 children together, and the divorce is proving an amicable one so far. She recently signed on to assume a starring role on the Fox network sitcom “New Girl“, while series star Zooey Deschanel is out on maternity leave. Brian and Megan live in California, a community property state.

With the show set to premiere soon after the new year, Fox’s first appearance is slated for the upcoming fifth season’s sixth episode. Considered a symptom not a medical condition, vertigo causes sufferers to feel that the world is spinning around them.
