On Tuesday (29Sep15), the former Beverly Hills, 90210 actor lodged papers seeking spousal support from his soon-to-be-ex-wife.

Megan cited “irreconcilable differences” as her reason for wanting to end the 5-year marriage to Brian Austin Green.
Fox and Green were together for 11 years and they’ve been married for five.
Green, 42, is reportedly suffering from an illness that makes finding and maintaining a job hard.
Megan and Brian were involved in a auto accident in December 2014 and while the pair were not injured, TMZ claimed the accident left Brian with vertigo “so bad he can’t get out of bed”.
Ever since the wreck, Green has been unable to work due to the dizziness and imbalance caused by his illness. “They just want to do their own things”, the insider added. Fox recently announced that she would be appearing on Fox’s “New Girl” in a starring role filling in for Zoey Deschanel while she is on maternity leave.

The 42-year-old actor is also asking Megan, 29, for joint custody of their two sons – Noah, 3, and Bodhi, 18 months. We’ll see how long that friendship lasts when Megan learns how much cash she’s going to be forking over. Technically Brian Austin Green is entitled to half of everything and that could impact Megan Fox‘s income for years.
