Prior to the rain, Wyatt was making a big move at six under par on the front nine.
Stuard, who had a 36-hole total of 12-under par 132, said it was too soon to start thinking about a victory.
Australian Day picked up three strokes in eight holes to be among a group at 10 under.
Defending champion Olivia Mehaffey (Royal County Down) is two shots off the lead, while Jessica Ross (Donaghadee) and Rachel Thompson (Cork) are a fuurther three shots behind. The PGA Tour is the best at dealing with the elements, and the players do a remarkable job of being flexible in dealing with starting and stopping of play.
