The Biletnikoff Award is given annually to the top receiver in the NCAA.

University of South Carolina wide receiver Pharoh Cooper has been named to the 2015 Biletnikoff Watch List, the Tallahassee Quarterback Club (TQC) Foundation, Inc., announced today.

Marshall, who rushed for 1,038 yards as a sophomore before changing positions and leading the Ducks in receiving last fall, was named Wednesday to the preseason watch list for the Biletnikoff Award. Kemp also led the team with 12 catches of 20 or more yards including seven over 35 yards. He was an honorable mention All-Conference United States of America selection last season and was a preseason all-league pick this year. In two seasons, Higgins has already set CSU’s career touchdown receptions record (23) and ranks fifth with 2,587 receiving yards.

No Oklahoma receiver has won the Biletnikoff Award in the 21 previous seasons the award has been presented.

Two more watch lists were released this morning and each list contained one UCLA Bruin.

The victor off the Biletnikoff Award will be announced on December 10, 2015. He caught 589 passes for 8,974 yards and 76 touchdowns in his 14-year Raiders career from 1965 through 1978.
