The world number three plays for Great Britain in their Davis Cup semi-final against Australia starting today and will also get the chance to add to his ace total in Shanghai, Paris and the ATP Tour Finals in November.

Murray, who has been Britain’s talisman during their impressive run to the semis, broke serve in the sixth game and went on to produce a masterclass on the blue indoor court. Andy Murray who lost to Kevin Anderson in the 4 round of the US Open is looking to bounce back as soon as possible and would definitely be loved by fans for his generous gesture.
Australian captain Wally Masur has recalled world No.23 Bernard Tomic after he was left out of the quarter-final against Kazakhstan following pointed criticism of Tennis Australia at Wimbledon.
“It’s a huge match to start off the tie”, Murray told Annabel Croft in his on-court interview.
He beat Bernard Tomic in round two in New York and will square off with the big-serving Aussie in Friday’s second singles match.
The battleground – as Britain chase a first Cup final appearance since 1978 – is the Emirates Arena in Glasgow, as close as Murray will ever likely come to hosting such a crucial tie in his own backyard. “I’m not sure whether knowing him well helps or hinders”. On the sixth, Murray banged a backhand that handcuffed his opponent. And once Murray had that first break, and then the opening set, he started tearing through the Australian.
Throughout the match Murray produced 42 winners, 10 aces and won 60% of his first serves.
Tara McGregor-Woodhams, Head of Brand & Sponsorship, Aegon United Kingdom said: “I’m extremely proud of the work that Aegon does to help children in the communities around us”.
The 25-year-old joins brothers Andy and Jamie Murray and Dominic Inglot in a team trying to reach their first final since 1978. He played really well and it felt like every service game I had he had break points in. “I haven’t been in this environment for a while and I thought I’d be here for the practice, but things worked out a bit different”. “Hopefully, I can do the same throughout the rest of the weekend”.
Murray missed a team dinner on Wednesday night because of a stomach bug but said he is ready to play.
“We played there against the States in March and it was brilliant, so we know what to expect”, he said.

Belgium will rely heavily on mercurial world number 15 David Goffin against an Argentina side featuring Leonardo Mayer as their top singles player in the continued absence of former US Open champion Juan Martin del Potro.
