Britain’s Prince William and Kate to visit Canada this fall

Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton are returning to Canada this fall, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be visiting British Columbia and Yukon during their second royal visit to Canada.

The Duchess of Cambridge has apparently flown to France by private jet for a summer break.

“Sharon and I will be delighted to welcome Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge to Canada”.

In a statement, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said he is delighted by the announcement of the upcoming Royal visit and hopes it will showcase some of Canada’s finest natural beauty.

They were here shortly after their wedding in 2011.

The details have not been released but the Governor General’s office has announced the visit will take them to BC and the Yukon. There they met with indigenous representatives, toured the fire-ravaged, 7,000-population town of Slave Lake, and helped celebrate Canada Day on Parliament Hill in Ottawa. The royal couple visited the home of the British c… “They are really looking forward to seeing other parts of this attractive country and having the opportunity to meet many more Canadians along the way”.

There was no mention of air ambulance pilot Prince William – although he is due to take time off this summer – or the couple’s children, although Prince George and Princess Charlotte are believed to have accompanied their mother.
