Businesses are already cashing in on the Pokemon Go craze. Ingress has “portals” and turns out that the location of these portals coincides with the location of Pokestops in Pokemon Go. “There’s a Pokemon right next to you”.

The more dots in a given area, like heavily-populated locations such as the Palisades Mall in West Nyack and The Westchester in White Plains, the more people are using their cell phones there, and more cellular usage translates to more Pokemon.
