Spears shared a photo of the surprise on Twitter, which shows huge silver balloons that spell out her name. “A special thank you to Miss Miley Cyrus for sending these awesome balloons!” “I loved reading them just as much as I loved my teacup cake”, while looking snuggled up in a gray animal hoodie robe and holding a wand (because duh!).
