Jamie Lynn was clearly touched by Tuesday night’s tribute, tweeting on Wednesday morning, “Best surprise ever at the most special place ever”.
Britney posted a shot with her brother backstage, captioning it, “Before we surprised @jamielynnspears tonight!!”
No word yet on a new record release date, but Jamie Lynn was taking her time writing and sifting through past tunes to see what fits after going through her first experience making an album.
It truly was a full family affair, as the Spears girls’ parents, Jamie and Lynne, were also on hand, plus Jamie Lynn’s husband, Jamie Watson, and her 7-year-old daughter, Maddie. Well, she did.
