Everyone’s favorite segment from The Late Late Show with James Corden returns on Thursday night in Carpool Karaoke. While we’re not sure why she doesn’t sing live in concert, she sounded pretty good here! In 2013, she wrote and directed a short film, KITE, and said: “I enjoy giving voice to somebody else’s creation of a character”. Open to interpretation, that one.

Britney Spears was one of the most highly-anticipated Carpool Karaoke guests – and she didn’t disappoint!
“I don’t think you would ever do the Super Bowl alone”, said Spears who is about to release her ninth album titled “Glory”.
The “Toxic” hit-maker also paid tribute to her first hit by sporting a gray cardigan and white oxford shirt that gave a flashback of her famous schoolgirl uniform from the music video.
But teaser clips for Spears’ Carpool Karaoke segment, in which Corden drives a celebrity in a auto while they sing along to their songs, have so far been underwhelming. “Ermmm, I don’t really know!” I don’t believe in marriage anymore,”she quipped”. “I want to have more, like three”.
Other revelations on Carpool Karaoke included some of the fake names Britney uses to check into hotels, which included “Anita D**k” and “Chastity Montgomery”. “I’m just done with men.” she explained. I might French kiss someone but I’m not going to marry anyone anymore, no.
However, audiences couldn’t help but notice some glaring shortcomings in Spears’ vehicle time with Corden.
Elsewhere during the fun ride, Corden admitted to once seeing his mother in her underwear when he was a child and being unable to “shake the image from my brain”.
