Brock Lesnar defeats Mark Hunt on return at UFC 200
After five years out of the UFC Lesnar defied the odds to defeat the long-time Australian based New Zealander, utilising his wrestling skills to take Hunt to the mat several times in the fight.

Lesnar failed to maintain his success rate in the second round, with Hunt staying out of range, blocking a number of attempted takedowns and even landing with a couple of right-hand punches.
The UFC stacked the card with compelling matchups, and while every fight wasn’t a classic, the underdog Nunes’ victory was a stunner.
It was the biggest event in UFC history to date, and Saturday it definitely lived up to the hype.
Amanda “The Lioness” Nunes dethroned Miesha “Cupcake” Tate during the main event of UFC 200 on Saturday (Sunday in Manila), to claim the Women’s Bantamweight Championship in impressive fashion.
Throughout the fight, Lesnar took Hunt to the ground, where he worked some heavy ground-and-pound, sealing the unanimous decision victory.
“No, there were no injuries, I just got caught”, said Hunt when asked if there was any particular reason why he looked the way he did in losing to Lesnar. Like Lesnar, her reward is likely to be far bigger given the UFC traditionally rewards newly crowned champions. The former champ’s speed and striking won out versus a very game Frankie Edgar, who lost the bout via unanimous decision. All three judges awarded the bout to Lesnar, 29-27.
Meanwhile, Amanda Nunez also won against Miesha Tate via submission in the UFC 200, putting Nunez and Lesnar on the underdogs winning the match. “I’m going to stomp on it, and I will be the reigning champion”.
“I say to hell with Randy Orton, and throw the belt on him again, because it legitimizes it because of what he did tonight”.

Daniel Cormier dominated a decision over Anderson Silva, who took the fight on two days’ notice after Jon Jones was dropped from the main event for failing a drug test. She showed up to her weigh-in wearing a shirt saying “We are all fighters”, as part of a fundraiser for the LGBTQ Center for Southern Nevada.
