On whether Lesnar will decide to continue to fight in the UFC after his fight with Hunt, Lesnar said, “It may just be a tease, I don’t know the answer to that question right now”, said Lesnar”.

Lesnar told Storm on Monday that he hasn’t been able to live with that decision.

The UFC wins big time in this situation as Lesnar will provide the must-see spark in the already stacked UFC 200 card and has a chance to break the promotion’s all-time PPV buyrate.

Lesnar touted his credentials in both UFC and WWE.

It was announced this morning on ESPN’s SportsCenter that Brock Lesnar will face Mark Hunt at UFC 200 on July 9.

Lesnar hasn’t fought in the UFC since 2011, after a disease called diverticulitis cut his MMA career short.

Lesnar is still contracted to WWE after signing his multi-year deal, so this would likely be a one-off fight.

Lesnar has worked as a part-time performer in WWE since 2012, and he hasn’t appeared on WWE TV since his WrestleMania 32 match against Dean Ambrose on April 3. I never lost to an opponent.

Lesnar was in the main event of UFC 100, defeating Frank Mir in the company’s highest-selling PPV of all time. They’ll get free press out of it and with Lesnar still under contract, he’ll likely be back for SummerSlam in August. I’m sitting here today and I feel 1,000 percent. I wouldn’t get in the Octagon if I didn’t.

UFC 200: Cormier vs. Jones 2 is scheduled for Saturday, July 9, 2016 at the brand new T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
