Brock Osweiler in confrontation with hecklers in Arizona

Mike Klis of KUSA in Denver casually mentioned in a story about Osweiler praising Manning that Osweiler has a call lined up, saying “Houston is expected to contact Jimmy Sexton, Osweiler’s agent, during the tampering period”.

A video of the incident was released by TMZ Monday afternoon. The quarterback then elected to just get into the auto (still holding his pie), appearing to diffuse the situation.

One man from the group did not take too kindly to Osweiler’s touching of the woman and proceeded to shove him from behind, pushing him hard towards his waiting auto. So many times we’ve seen guys close to their big break blow it because of something that happens away from the football field, and Osweiler was confronted with this fork in the road situation.

“#GoodWork”, is how the article ends.

Could the timing of this video be any worse? Despite Osweiler’s minimal sample size in the regular season, the Broncos drafted and developed him and no team has a better grasp for his ability, Elway said at the Super Bowl.

“The Broncos are trying to show they still love Osweiler by offering him a three-year contract that with incentives is worth more than $45 million”.

The teams that have been rumored to have varying interest in Osweiler are the New York Jets, Houston Texans, Los Angeles Rams, and the Cleveland Browns. He becomes a free agent at 2 p.m. on Wednesday.

But Osweiler is set to test the market unless the Broncos make a more competitive offer.
