Broncos QB Peyton Manning makes light of retirement decision

“To tell you the truth, I know that Peyton has not decided”, agent Tom Condon said. “Everyone is calling me a rapist lately, but you don’t see me crying about it”.

Jeff Darlington, an NFL Network reporter, said that Manning had agreed to the appearance long before he started for the Broncos in a Super Bowl 50 victory.

Manning also proved – once again – what a tremendous corporate shill he is by turning the tease into a plug for Papa John’s Pizza, of which he owns over 20 franchises.

He later said he had no idea what he’ll do after his playing career is over.

The more time that passes without Peyton Manning announcing that he is retiring, the more it seems likely that he is going to play in 2016.

It’s the same give-him-space approach Elway used to lure Manning to Denver in the first place after the Colts cut him in 2012 to make way for Andrew Luck after Manning had missed an entire season following neck fusion surgery.

Now, less than a week before the day on which all teams must be in compliance with the salary cap, neither Johnson nor Manning have officially retired. He hasn’t made up his mind on the issue and the question is still out there. However, Manning might soon realize he’s only delaying an inevitable retirement announcement.

At one point, the fake Peyton addresses recent rape allegations dating back to his college days.

Winning Super Bowl 50, many thought it would make the decision easy for the two time Super Bowl champion.
