“(Manning) had some good days last week working out, doing some drill work.

Clinging to their playoff lives, Carr and the Raiders offense struggled terribly in the first half against Denver’s great defense, managing a befuddling minus-12 yards and no points.
Anything – something – would’ve been better what Kubiak and Co. did, which was nothing and it resulted in a scoreless second half and a 15-12 loss to a team, which had all of 126 yards of total offense.
The Broncos difficulties getting into the end zone were illustrated by their final possession of the first half.
But Del Rio really had no choice at all.
It appears the cost of a 15-12 win over the Denver Broncos and continued status as a playoff hopeful was long-snapper Jon Condo.
Denver is also monitoring the injury progress of Peyton Manning, who hasn’t started since Week 10.
While Osweiler may have finished with 308 yards, don’t fall into the trap of praising him.
“We haven’t beaten the Broncos in a long time”, safety Charles Woodson said. I think so, though it may not make much of a difference according to this tweet. I wasn’t making the right throw at times. “It culminated in a loss tonight”, he said. Raiders could of had a 4 point lead instead they now only had a 3 point lead over Denver. Latavius Murray’s touchdown run was negated by an offside penalty but Carr passed 11 yards to Seth Roberts on the next play for a score, pulling the Raiders to within 12-7 with 9:47 remaining in the third quarter.
The Broncos looked like they’d take advantage, but Brandon McManus missed a 49-yard field goal by hitting the left upright.
The Broncos failed to make the Raiders pay by missing the field goal and several of Brock Osweiler’s passes.
With Condo out and backup long snapper Lee Smith dealing with an injured wrist that required surgery earlier in the season, head coach Jack Del Rio made a decision to risk going for the two-point conversion rather than trying to successfully get off a kick on the PAT.
Broncos coach Gary Kubiak said Monday he still has confidence in Schofield and that the offensive breakdowns extend beyond the line. “We played great defense and just didn’t ever finish the game offensively or put ourselves in a position to finish them”.
The Broncos fell to division rival Oakland thanks to offensive inefficiency, poor quarterback play, and an offensive line performance fans will want to forget.
Why the Browns won: They limited the Niners to 221, sacking Blaine Gabbert nine times. The offense was moving the football down the field.
“I got super excited because I knew I was going to be wide open”, Davis said.
The Raiders allowed just 28 points in the two games against the Broncos, with an interception returned for a touchdown by Harris being the only time they found the end zone.
Lowlight: Running game. 17 carries for 28 yards by the running backs. One pinned the Broncos at their own 2.
The Denver Broncos lost their third game of the season, first under Brock Osweiler, to the Oakland Raiders. He dinked and dunked his way to four field goals in the first half, but then he just disappeared.
Highlight: That smothering first half effort by the defense. With Condo in the locker room after injuring his shoulder on the fumble recovery, the Raiders went for two points and couldn’t convert to keep their lead at three.

Carr tried to go Cooper’s way often, targeting him a team-high eight times.
