Brook: I’m a different level to Golovkin victims
Well I believe it does depend on how kell adapts to the weight in competition conditions. But I can’t say that Brook is going to do a better job against Golovkin than Ouma, because he doesn’t have the size, experience or the talent to trouble him.

He’s going to be bitter about how I treated him in sparring.
At 10:00 p.m. (ET/PT), from The Forum in Inglewood, Cal., the primetime bouts kick off with Yoshihiro Kamegai (26-3-2, 23 KOs), from Tokyo, Japan, taking on Jesus Soto Karass (28-10-4, 18 KOs) of Los Moches, Mexico, who now lives in North Hollywood, Cal., in a scheduled ten-round super welterweight fight. Brook hopes to succeed where Amir Khan failed after his British rival went up two weight divisions to face World Boxing Council middleweight champion Saul Alvarez and then suffered a sixth-round knockout in May.
There is of course no separating the interests of “television networks” and “large purses” from championship boxing itself, but Mendoza is a purist at heart who has repeatedly demonstrated that his concerns are first and foremost what is best for the game.
“I will definitely be pound-for-pound the best”, said the 30-year-old from Sheffield. With that, I do think that he can be beaten. “And when Kell Brook agreed to take the same fight that we were asking (middleweight contender) Chris Eubank (Jr.) to take, I think it shows his heart and his willingness to prove that he can achieve greatness”. The fight will be hard but not so much because of the weight issue. I need big names for my fans. If he loses, it could still happen.
But after two check weigh-ins in which the current Welterweight titlist scaled in at a heavier weight than the naturally bigger defending champ, and an impressive showing at this week’s public workout, action is starting to move in favor of the smaller but extremely confident Briton. Brook will have to tie him up and be like a mouse. A convincing win for Golovkin could mean a megabout with Alvarez could be pushed back.
“I think Brook can box a very clever fight and use straight shots to get the victory”, Hamed told Sky Sports News HQ.
“He’s seen me getting a bit of attention and he’s like a woman, he wants some as well”.

Brook would not be fighting at any weight had he died from the stabbing inflicted in curious circumstances while on holiday two years ago. He throws the hardest punch and has never come close to losing, as he’s a flawless 35-0, with 32 of those wins coming by knockout.
