If they can’t, they will have to settle the custody battle in a NYC court in June.

It seems the Material Girl and Ritchie are heeding the British court’s advice, as High Court judge Justice MacDonald urged the pair “to seek, and to find an amicable resolution”, to their custody issues.
An insider explained: “She admires the way he has been raised and likes the fact that David and Victoria have been taking care of Rocco”.
The superstar’s offspring had been at the very centre of the bitter dispute ever since he refused to return to his mother’s NY home after visiting his dad Guy Ritchie and step-mum, Jacqui Ainsley in December. She even shared a pic of their heartfelt hug to Instagram on Friday. “For Madonna, it is proof their relationship needs to get back on track as soon as possible”.
Madonna captioned the sweet snapshot, in which she has her arms wrapped around Rocco’s neck and her head resting on his shoulder.

“‘Madonna is having her house opened up and she will sit in it until he comes to visit”, a source said around the time the news broke that Madonna going to London to see Guy and Rocco.
