Brothers accused of plot to kill parents to appear in court
The two brothers accused of trying to kill their parents by blowing up their home waived a preliminary hearing in a Gwinnett County courtroom Friday. Her husband, Zachary Ervin, remained in the hospital on Tuesday and is in fair condition. But no such evidence has surfaced, according to the Gwinnett D.A.

A disturbing 911 call reveals a mother begging for help as she says her two sons are trying to kill her and her husband. “My children are trying to kill me”.
Investigators have since stated that they believe the attack was premeditated.
Asked what she means, Yvonne Ervin says that 17-year-old Cameron and 22-year-old Christopher drugged her and their father’s food with the anti-anxiety medication Xanax before attempting to kill them.
“Someone may have taken it, and they have his shotgun, so I don’t know if they’re going to plan on shooting him or not, but please, please hurry.”
They beat me up.
Meanwhile, the attorney for Cameron Ervin, Mark Yun, spoke only to CBS46 and said there’s a lot more to this case than what meets the eye.
Clegg also said he may not even seek bond for his client because it’s not likely to be granted and does anticipate Christopher Ervin will be indicted by a Gwinnett grand jury on aggravated assault charges.
We’ve learned that the Ervin brothers lit candles near the fireplace and cranked up the gas, then waited outside in the cul de sac for two hours to be safe.
Their mother had visible injuries to her face when Channel 2 Action News spotted her Monday outside the family’s home.
CBS46 asked Porter why the brothers aren’t being charged with attempted murder. The two sons are still in police custody awaiting further investigation.

The brothers were to be appointed defense attorneys Sunday, but it was not immediately clear if that had happened or who the attorneys are, CNN affiliate WSB reported.
