Browns’ Josh Gordon: In the past I was a selfish player
So this blog is created to feature the nuggets that don’t appear in print. It sounds like Haden could get some work in during the preseason, but the Browns will likely be very cautious with their star corner.

Initially, the Browns scheduled Friday’s practice to be open to the public, but weather conditions delayed the start of the session and forced the organization to clear the field area.
Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon displayed a willingness to change when he met with team officials after being reinstated from a long suspension by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.
Bryant was suspended for two games last season and was suspended without pay for this season’s first four games for violating the National Football League policy on performance-enhancing substances.
“The face of the franchise came to me and said, “Hey listen, if we’re going to win we need you to do this”. “We have a lot of good football players on our team, but from a leadership standpoint Jameis sets the tone”. “It hasn’t been ideal all the time, but it’s been really good, and I see glimpses of it being extremely good and that’s what we’re chasing and that’s at every position”. Browns head coach Hue Jackson stated that “It’s going to be before the first preseason game”.
“For us it’s about Josh wanting to make a change, and having the opportunity”, Brown said. “I think he’s already (earned our trust). I think I have”. He wants to be the best. “I wanted to do things my way. I thought we did”. “I think he learned from the spring where he needed to be, and I think he’s ready to go”.
Jackson’s comment about the spring was a reference to when he publicly called out Coleman for showing up to rookie minicamp out of shape. Coleman told me last month the challenge has left him “burning inside.” Griffin and Gordon were teammates at Baylor from 2009-2010.
Gordon said he injured his quadriceps a few weeks ago while working out on his own.
After serving his suspension, Brady is eligible to return to the field on October 9, when the Browns host the Patriots.
“He’s going to have to be accountable to what it is that he needs to do”, Jackson said.
Now Coleman believes they can complement each other.
“It’s exciting really”, Coleman said. “It gives us another weapon on offense”. I was grateful to be back here.
“Everything happens for a reason”. He learned from his mistakes, and he knows what he has to do.
I have a great support staff here, more so than I’ve ever felt before. Weâre sorry you couldnât be there, but step inside here for some of what we heard and saw on the first day of camp. “We’ve got 90 guys on the roster right now and he’s one of those young men that has an opportunity”. This is about starting with the first rep out here tomorrow.

The risk of his value falling is there, but Gordon is going to fetch a late-round draft pick in return as it stands right now, as no team is going to offer too much for a player who may be kicked out of the league for any misstep. I know what he has to do to overcome obstacles that he has put himself into so, to me he has always been that guy.
