The Cleveland Browns signed former Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III on Thursday to a two-year deal, ending the Browns’ off-season QB hunt and RGIII’s search for a new home. Griffin was drafted No2 overall in the 2012 draft behind another hugely talented quarterback, Andrew Luck.

What Griffin experienced over the past year, not taking a snap as a backup to Kirk Cousins in Washington, has only made him hungrier to compete – no matter who it’s with.
“I’m excited about the opportunity to join the Dawg Pound and help build something here in Cleveland”, Griffin said.
And what is more is that the Browns own the No. 2 pick in this upcoming draft and were in the market to draft either Jared Goff or Carson Wentz. I would think there will be some kind of resolution for both quarterbacks before the draft distributes another group of quarterbacks around the league.
The newspaper said the 100 concussions not included in the study represented more than 10 percent of the total used to determine the incidence of the injury. I can help a young guy.
“He knows there’s things he could have done better”, Jackson said earlier this week. The Browns have the second overall pick, and coach Hue Jackson told Griffin he should be prepared to compete against a rookie.
Jackson has spent much of his coaching career grooming quarterbacks. Talking with my agent, we definitely thought that Cleveland was going to be where I ended up just because of the way it looked like everything was lining up.
But the problem just begins at the quarterback position at the Cleveland Browns. Right now, RG3 has a very good shot at being the Browns starter for, at least, the next two seasons even if the Browns decide to take a quarterback in this year’s draft.
The Browns had a glaring hole at the quarterback position after the failed Johnny Manziel era so they had to upgrade the depth chart and they didn’t have to invest a lot to get him. “I cherish the opportunity to get another chance to play this handsome game”.
Griffin took the nation’s capital by storm. “You move on from it, you grow from it, you get over the next hump”.

If Griffin III were to start a game for the Browns this season, his name will infamously make the back of that infamous Browns fan’s jersey who has all the names of the starting quarterbacks listed since 1999.
