BT broadband customers around the United Kingdom are reporting issues with the network as internet and phone lines appear to be down.

TrustedReviews has contacted BT, who confirmed with the BBC that many of it’s services were down, for more information.
Many people have taken to social media websites to report the issues they are experiencing.
A spokesman later said: “It is true that we are down at the moment”. Engineers are on site now.
BT appears to have acknowledged the issues on its official Twitter account, telling customers: “Sorry if your are [sic] experiencing network problems”. We’ll keep you updated as this story develops.

‘[However], we could see a wave of frustrated customers until the cause of the outage is identified and resolved’. The group’s revenues for TV and broadband increased by 23 per cent.
