Comedian Amy Schumer will appear at Rupp Arena on April 30, according to a press release. They can be purchased on the Chesapeake Energy Arena and the BOK Center websites.
Tickets go on sale this Friday, March 18 at noon.
Never one to shy away from speaking her mind, Schumer is known for her raunchy jokes about sex, race, dating and standards of beauty in the U.S. Her past relationships and mishaps in life are often used as material for her stand-up routines.
Officials with Target Center say writer/producer/director will be performing at the Minneapolis venue on April 21. It’s scheduled to be released on August 16. The comedian says she did a 47-minute set that was rushed Saturday evening, November 7, 2015, because of the need to accommodate a second show at the Cross Insurance Arena in Portland. Additionally, she won the Critic’s Choice Award for Best Actress in a Comedy and was nominated for a Writers’ Guild Award in the category of “Original Screenplay”.
“Just announced my new spring tour dates!!”
Schumer’s other television credits include FX’s Louie, and HBO’s Girls and Curb Your Enthusiasm.
