Buffett to campaign for Hillary Clinton
Of those visitors, at least 60 have either donated or pledged money to the Clinton Foundation, says the AP, while a half-dozen “paid former President Bill Clinton lucrative fees for speeches”.

Although Clinton wasn’t on the ticket in 2012, she and her supporters followed the race closely – and had plenty to say.
The email dump contains even more speculative pieces sent along by longtime Clinton friend Sidney Blumenthal, a controversial figure who has drawn the ire of Republicans looking to make hay out of Clinton’s response to the September 2012 attacks that killed three, including U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens.
Clinton’s closest rival for the Democratic nomination, Bernie Sanders, said at the first debate that he is “sick and tired” of hearing about Clinton’s emails, but he has since said the matter deserves some scrutiny. Conversely, the Clintons have long eyed Warren as a political threat. “We look forward to the rest of her emails being released so people can have a greater window into her work at the department”.
In an exchange during her Senate testimony that became a highlight on television replays, Clinton swatted down Sen.
The emails in question were deemed classified before their release by the department – and the former secretary of state has said all along she never sent emails with material marked classified at the time.
Despite the conspicuous absence of Warren, rarely has Clinton’s lock on the establishment support been so clear as it was Monday night. But it marks an effort by Clinton to fulfill her party’s desire to use national programs to boost the middle class without alienating independent voters more concerned with increasing the federal deficit.
The issue erupted into a scandal as she was preparing to kick off her 2016 presidential campaign, and remained a Republican talking point for months as they sought to knock down the Democratic frontrunner. On that trip she also visited Mongolia by stopping in the city of Ulaanbaatar briefly to “talk about deepening economic relations”, according to a State Department briefing. She voted for the 2007 plan endorsed by then President George W. Bush, but the bill died while in the Senate.
Clinton also blasted Indiana’s Religious Freedom Restoration Act, tweeting that the situation at the time was “sad”.
“We are going to do everything we can to put our country on the right track”, Clinton said. She went on to praise the “strong soldiers and fighters in pursuit of that behind me”. She’s often forgetful (she can’t keep track of her daily schedule).
In July, Warren called on the presidential candidates to oppose a revolving door between positions in the White House and Wall Street-but it was a line largely aimed at Clinton.
