Bugatti reveals its real-life Gran Turismo car

Hyundai says the N 2025 Vision Gran Turismo prototype is equipped with an in-wheel electric motor at each corner which are energized by a hydrogen fuel cell system working with a supercapacitor.

And if you can’t afford these cars, do not fret because you can relish the virtual experience of getting behind the wheel of these monsters in the Gran Turismo 6 video game. Bugatti offers precious few details about the power source for its Vision Gran Turismo concept, saying only that there’s a W-16 engine.

“This car is about our stylistic future, it’s a vision of things to come”. It’s a smart bit of consumer outreach: If only a fraction of virtual Bugatti drivers turn into actual owners, the Vision Gran Turismo will have been very good for business.

“This project showcases Bugatti’s new design language, which we have developed to celebrate this new chapter in our company history”.

Bugatti designers naturally drew their inspiration from the brand’s illustrious racing tradition, which dates back to the 1920s and 1930s – in particular the Bugatti Type 57 Tank and its victories in the 24 Hours of Le Mans races in 1937 and 1939.

Signature iconic features, such as the horseshoe on the front grille and the centre fin, are prevalent in the VGT. “It is an exciting and cool car and I am proud to have it on board”.

Bugatti brought out a concept that was a statement for the future cars to be produced by the French automaker. He writes silly rhyming poetry when free, loving the dynamics of being the only male in the household with his wife and two young daughters: “Start with the dream, not the barriers to fulfilling it”.
