Buhari carries out mass retirement of permanent secretaries
President Muhammadu Buhari may have successfully slashed the federal ministries to 25 from 29 ahead of today’s inauguration for the 36 incoming ministers.

President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday met with former President Olusegun Obasanjo at the Presidential Villa, Abuja according to the Punch.
But a few of the Permanent Secretaries were also said to have been involved in politics during that administration of President Goodluck Jonathan while a few have been indicted for sundry corrupt practices.
