The Atlanta Hawks host the Chicago Bulls on Friday night (live on SuperSport Saturday morning SA time) and forward Al Horford is the man the visitors need to stop to avoid losing the series.

According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Hawks are 7.5-point home favorites over the Bulls after opening as a 6-point fave.

The Atlanta Hawks (31-27) are coming from a 102-92 loss to the golden State Warriors on Monday.

Rose was limited in today’s shootaround and remains questionable, as of this writing, to play tonight against the Hawks.

The Hawks are 1-3 on a five-game homestand.

Chicago Bulls center Pau Gasol (16) reacts after a play as Atlanta Hawks’ Mike Muscala holds the ball during the first half of an NBA basketball game Friday, Feb. 26, 2016, in Atlanta. “He talked about the pain that he had”.

Neither team could hit from behind the 3-point arc in the first half, with the Hawks going 2-for-20 and the Bulls 1-for-10.

Rose, the 2011 NBA MVP, missed his second consecutive game.

Hinrich spent part of 11 seasons in Chicago, where he ranks third all-time in games played, eighth in points, third in assists and steals and first in 3-point field goals. Hoiberg didn’t have an immediate timetable for Rose’s return. In the 109-105 win over Washington, the Bulls had seven players score in double figures.

The Bulls and Hawks will close the regular-season series on 28 March in Chicago. Hoiberg said Mirotic is still “a couple of weeks away” from returning.
