Given the false rumours, host Ruth Langsford asked if he felt sorry for Sheen who revealed he was suffering from the disease during a tell-all TV interview last month.

Rossi’s legal team are also claiming that Charlie’s lawyers tried to settle the matter out of court by offering to pay $1 million by December 2.
Rossi’s lawsuit goes into length about alleged abuse, drugs, murderous intentions and more during Sheen and Rossi’s relationship. Rossi states she got pregnant in March, 2014 & Charlie flipped out, insisting he did notneeda kid given his HIV standing.
The former “Two and a Half Men” star sought Monday to dismiss the suit brought against him by former adult-film actress Scottine Ross, who claims that the actor didn’t disclose his HIV status to her, and was also physically abusive. The source also added “He fears during one of his first encounters he was given HIV and he is concerned it was all caught on tape”. “On at least three occasions, while extremely intoxicated, Rossi assaulted and/or attempted to assault Sheen because she was jealous that he was spending time with other people, including his own kids”.

In addition to the NDA, he says the November 2015 settlement similarly requires Rossi to pursue arbitration, regardless of whether he signed.
According to the new documents obtained by Us Weekly, Sheen claims that Rossi was well aware he was HIV-positive prior to engaging in sexual acts and that Rossi is using his Today show confession as a means to get money from the actor.
