Councillors in Manchester moved forward with another advice to their bus drivers that says “be friendly at passenger”.

According to the report, the complaints against bus drivers increased by four percent this year as compared to the last year.
Many passengers have complaint that, the bus drivers always show their rude and grumpy behavior.
Councillor Noel Bailey, who sits on the Transport for Greater Manchester committee, said the attitude of drivers is one of the biggest complaints he hears.

But a bus driver, Rachael Walker, 24, said, in every profession, there are some people who are grumpy, it doesn’t mean that everybody is.
