The video clip shows a bus pulling a car through the long rope, ended with an accident with another vehicle parked near.
Actually, when bus started to pull to the car on road at speed, the car moved forward in a straight line instead of following, because no one was behind the wheel to steer it.
As it can be seen in video that two people on both side of car tried very hard to keep the car in correct direction but I think they didn’t know how to change the direction of car.
Soon, police arrived on spot to have a talk with that unfortunate driver.
