Jeb Bush is facing backlash after showing off his gun on social media during a campaign stop in Columbia, South Carolina. Many were amusing, like one featuring Hulk Hogan playing a star-spangled guitar, but others showed outrage at America’s gun culture – Piers Morgan tweeted an image of John Lennon’s gun-splattered sunglasses. An actual – well, sort of – candidate for President of the United States is basically drawing an equal sign between guns and the country.

Though many citizens of Florida would classify Bush – while the governor of Florida – to be quite conservative, there are many GOP activists who would beg to differ.
“I think there’s also a little bit of truth to the idea that Donald Trump has really relegated (Bush) to be weak and be low energy”.
