The Amador County District Attorney’s Office says it has proof Silva held a strip poker game at the Stockton Silver Lake Camp and provided alcohol during the game to the players, who were all under 21 years old and were involved with the camp.

The incidents, according to prosecutors, took place last August at the Stockton Silver Lake Camp in Amador County, which lies in California Gold Country on the edge of the Sierras northeast of Stockton. He was released after posting $20,000 bond.
Anthony Silva, the mayor of Stockton, has reportedly been arrested on multiple charges Thursday morning.
Silva wore the same black T-shirt, shorts, white socks and sandals that he was wearing when arrested at the camp. “My daughter was going to go to that camp and we just moved here”, said Green.
The charges were filed Wednesday night by the Amador County District Attorney and Silva, 42, was arrested at about 9:30 a.m., Thursday.
Neither Silva nor a lawyer was immediately available to comment. “The conversation between the participants indicated that they were naked”, Amador County DA Todd Riebe said in a statement.
“We had a partial roster”, said Alita, “so we had to find out some contact information for some of the kids”.
The game allegedly includes Silva, the 16 year old, an 18-year-old female, a 19-year-old female and two 19-year-old males, according to the document. Witnesses said Silva had supplied alcohol to a number of underage counselors at camp, according to the news release.
Before Silva was charged, the Stockton Police Officers Association endorsed his opponent Michael Tubbs, citing his commitment to cooperation with police in establishing good practices. But Himelblau said his office has not spoken to Silva about the gun’s role in the Harris homicide.
But records show Silva did not officially report the gun as missing until telling the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office on March 22, 2015, that the weapon had been stolen during a burglary sometime in the previous three days at a home he owns on Shippee Lane in Morada.

He touted his affinity for children, noting he had served as the president for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Stockton for almost a decade, served on the Stockton Unified District Board of Education from 2004 to 2008, and was appointed board president in 2006 and 2007. “Mayor Silva has made it a priority to reduce the crime and violence in the City”.
