Calling Pakistani terrorists, Mumbai cops thrashed Asif, Danish
Asif’s uncle while speaking to the media said that the police are now making baseless claims that they were attacked by Asif initially, while the truth is that they also threatened him of sending him to Pakistan since they labeled him a Pakistani Muslim. This after they had a fight with the policemen, prompting authorities to launch a probe into the incident.

Residents of Mahim, Asif Shaikh and Danish Shaikh both of whom are 19 year old were allegedly detained and tortured by a few Bandra police officers on suspicion of being Pakistani terrorists or ISIS agents on Saturday.
But the policemen have a different version.
Police officials caught the duo from near Bandra Reclamation and beaten them black and blue with belts and batons for around three hours in Bandra police station till 6.30 am.
Interestingly, the boys even have a video, filmed secretly in which injured Asif can be seen sitting inside the Bandra police station with blood on the floor. He boasted of his contacts with high-profile and influential Muslim political leaders of the state. “A DCP began inquiring into the incident last evening and an appropriate action will follow”, city Police Commissioner Ahmed Javed told reporters on Sunday.
The shocking incident happened when 19-year-old Asif Shaikh, a gym trainer and 19-year-old Danish Shaikh, were returning home from Bhabha Hospital on a bike at midnight.
Asif and Danish were later taken to Bhabha Hospital where they were given treatment, but not admitted, claimed Mr Dangle.

When asked how Asif and Danish suffered injuries, the officer said an inquiry will reveal everything. While Mr Bharti said that they had ordered an inquiry into the complaint.
